TweetRipples provides real-time market reaction analytics that help users visualize how tweets from influential personalities (such as politicians, investors, and business leaders) may correlate with market movements. Our Services include:

• Real-time tweet tracking from selected personalities
• Market data visualization and charting
• Historical analysis with backtracking capabilities
• Annotation and note-taking features
• Subscription-based access to premium features

To use the Services, you must legally be able to enter into the Agreement. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirement. If you do not meet the requirement, you must not access or use the Site or the Services. You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

1.1 Subscription Plans

TweetRipples offers different subscription tiers, including free and paid plans. Depending on your subscription plan, you may have varying levels of access to features, personalities, and tickers. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Free tier includes limited access to select personalities and basic features
• Pro tier includes expanded access, additional personalities, custom tickers, and premium features
• We reserve the right to modify features available in each tier at any time
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law

1.2 Third Party Services and Content

Our Services may include integrations with or display content from third-party services, including but not limited to:

• X (Twitter) for social media content
• Financial data providers for market information
• TradingView for charting capabilities
• Payment processors (Stripe) for subscription billing
• Authentication providers (Google, X) for sign-in

Your access and use of Third-Party Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, privacy policies, or other agreements with such third parties. TweetRipples has no control over and is not responsible for such Third-Party Services, including for the accuracy, availability, reliability, or completeness of information shared by or available through Third-Party Services.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. When creating your account, you agree to:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Services

5. User Content

NEITHER TWEETRIPPLES NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH TWEETRIPPLES MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER TWEETRIPPLES NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH TWEETRIPPLES REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICES, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SERVICES OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

MARKET DATA AND SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT DISPLAYED THROUGH OUR SERVICES MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, BE DELAYED, OR BE INCOMPLETE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY SUCH INFORMATION.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL TWEETRIPPLES, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TweetRipples, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Services.

9. Modifications to the Services

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part or content thereof), whether against specific or all users, without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms
